We believe there is power in hearing and experiencing early music through the unique tools of history—where stunning interpretations are realized through the use of period instrument, scholarly investigation and musicians who are all experts in their own right.
Our Donors are Making a Difference!
Through generous support from individual donors, the Bach Sinfonia has had the opportunity to explore and evolve as artists, performers and educators, while changing the dynamic between classical music and audiences. Gaining a national and international reputation for preparing and producing an ongoing array of modern premieres, we are bringing some of the Baroque’s greatest works to live audience, and researching and recording music that, without your help, may remain unheard. Donor support is allowing us to think bigger and look at ways to continue serving our community by enhancing artistic experiences as well as educational ones, like incorporating cutting-edge technology for audience participation into the March 2012 program, “You Decide: Bach’s Audition at Leipzig.” And this is just a taste of what’s being accomplished…
Join us today in keeping the music
of Bach alive!
